In the top picture, I’m looking relaxed and confident in front of a fake pirate ship; it’s the way I wish I always looked, but it’s not always the case.  In the other shot, I’m gazing reflectively across the Pacific Ocean.  As you might notice from the evil scar in the ocean photo, I broke my neck a few years back.  I fell on my head from two stories up.  What a move!  
 
That accident was a painful experience, but in many ways, it saved me from other pains present and future.  And it woke me up to what’s important in life.  I now have a great job, a wonderful wife and a beautiful baby son, and everything’s moving a hundred miles an hour in the right direction.
